Since our inception we have been dedicated to brewing easy drinking lager beer. We make a wide variety of lagers from pale & light, dark and malty, to more hop forward pilsner styles. Our draft list changes every few weeks with a great selection of lagers to try on draft. We have 5 draft lines each equipped with a Lukr side pull faucet. All of our beer uses a portion or exclusively grain grown in Maine.

The simple answer is any beer fermented with a cold tolerant lager yeast. These beers ferment slower and take more time to develop. Lagers tend to be clean in flavor and easy to drink. Our house yeast, 34/70, gives minimal ester flavor so you can enjoy the malt and hop profiles we put together.
